Final Newsletter For Term 3

Hi everyone, wow how the time flies we are at the end of Term 3 already!

This week you will receive term 4 timetable, order of concert, hair styles for concert and if not already, your costume balance which needs to be paid ASAP as the costumes will not be sent until all the costumes are paid for in full and I cannot pay for them until payment is made to me to forward it on to the costume companies. You will not participate in the concert if your costumes are not paid for in full!

The concert routines are looking great but some are not finished yet so it is very important that in term 4 you try not to miss a lesson as it will then only be 8 weeks until the concert!

Term 4 classes resume on Monday 11th October (Cohen’s 2nd birthday) so if you have a pupil free day we will still have classes on the Monday of week 1.

Concert tickets will go on sale on Monday 25th October to Reps families only until Monday 15th November to the general public as we sold out last year without our new Merriwa students, I would hate for family and friends to miss out, so get in quick for a good seat. Ticket prices are – Adults: $15.00, pensioner/child under 15: $10.00, Reps students sitting in a seat: $5.00 the sessions are 11am and 5pm, we will not be having a xmas party/presentation however we will do the junior presentation at the matinee concert and the senior presentation/trophy presentation at the evening concert. A reminder that the rehearsal is Saturday 4th December, dress rehearsal Sunday 5th December and the actual concert is Sunday 12th December.

If you have outstanding dance fees please finalise them this week. If you wish to pay by direct deposit, we will provide the bank account details upon request.

Congratulations to those who have completed their Ballet and Tap exams for another year! If you have hired a BAL leotard or shorts please wash and return this week. Thank you.

If you have any further questions about anything involving Term 4 please contact me on the above information!

Thank you, Miss Amie
